Hey all! Been on the Thrive experience for a little over a month now and have to say that I've never felt better! The amount of energy I have now is just amazing I have created my own special mix of breakfast smoothie with the shake mix. I have a magic bullet type single serving blender that makes the perfect portion. I mix a fresh banana with frozen raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and peaches along with the shake mix, a bit of vanilla yogurt and orange juice.
It's fairly thick but I think that makes the full feeling last longer!
