Facebook Business and Fan Pages Prohibited:
When Brand Promoters create a Facebook Business or Fan Page using our company name or product names it confuses consumers and dilutes our brand. As such, Brand Promoters cannot create or maintain the following types of Facebook Business or Fan Pages:
Local Business or Place, Company Organization or Institution, Brand or Product, Artist, Band or Public Figure, Entertainment, Cause or Community, Group Pages, or any other Facebook Page used for commercial or public purposes.
Exception: If you are a VIP 200K or above, you can apply to have a Group Page by contacting our Compliance Department at compliance@le-vel.com. Approved Group Pages will be audited on a periodic basis to ensure they meet minimum federal and corporate compliance standards.
Facebook Personal Profiles:
Brand Promoters are encouraged to promote Le-Vel and the Thrive Experience on their Facebook Personal Profiles, so long as they do not use their personal timelines primarily for their own commercial gain (Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities Section 4.4).
Le-Vel Corporate Fan Page:
With over 150,000 fans and a post reach of close to 1 million, successful Band Promoters know that the best way to create social proof and credibility is to submit their testimonial to us for posting. Once their testimonial is posted on our Corporate Facebook Fan Page, they will then “share” the post to their Personal Facebook Profile. The following guideline will help our Brand Promoters gain the most benefit from Le-Vel’s Corporate Facebook Fan Page.
Promoter Links: Please do not post your promoter links on our Corporate Fan Page. This includes “posts to page” and comments made on other Brand Promoter’s testimonials. Our Brand Promoters are counting on their prospective customers and promoters to have a positive experience when visiting our Corporate Fan Page. The last thing they want is for their prospect to accidentally click on another Brand Promoter’s link or to be solicited by someone else.
The “Posts to Page” on our FB Fan Page is intended for kudos, shout-outs, encouragement, etc. It is not a place to solicit prospects, ask customer support related questions, or to post about personal matters. All posts that are not appropriate will be hidden or deleted and repeat offenders may be banned from our Corporate Fan Page permanently.
If you would like for your testimonial to be featured on our Corporate Facebook Fan Page please email your testimonial (around 750 words or less) and pictures (1-4 pictures) to:

Please copy and paste the testimony into the body of your email and be sure to attach your picture(s). Testimonies are currently being posted within 24-48 hours of submission. Please make sure that your testimonials do not contain medical or drug claims prior to submission, as non-compliant testimonies will be revised by our Compliance Department which may delay the posting time. Please read our Community Guidelines Tab on our Facebook Corporate Fan Page before writing and submitting your testimonial.
