My name is Kristina and this is my experience!
I am 32, a mom of 5 kids, 2 dogs and I run 2 businesses. I have always relied on coffee, energy drinks, energy shots, ect... Just to keep me going. I would always crash early afternoon and need a nap. I felt tired all the time and when I didn't I was on edge, grumpy and easily agitated.
